Music on the Green
Quality music in the heart of Esher
Music on the Green launched in January 2012 as the Parish of Esher’s musical outreach programme. Since then we’ve held 92 lunchtime concerts, at least 15 ‘weekend specials’ and ten ‘Come & Sing Carols’. A big Birthday thank you to all our volunteers!
We believe that music should be accessible to all. Whilst focusing on classical repertoire, we offer a varied programme, presenting live music in interesting and rewarding ways so that it can be widely appreciated and enjoyed.
Lunchtime concerts always take place on the third Wednesday of the month expect for August when we take a break. There's no need to book a place. Entry is free with a retiring collection. Simple lunch refreshments are offered from 12.30pm and the concert starts at 1.15pm.
