Come & Sing Carols

Our Music on the Green December concert is given over to festive singing interspersed with prose and poetry – at times humorous, at times thought-provoking. This year will be no exception, so come along and get in the yuletide spirit with some of your favourite carols.

No need to book. Free entry with a light lunch offered from 12.30pm. Concert from 1.15pm. Retiring collection

Christingle Service

Join us at our All Age Christingle Service with Holy Communion to celebrate Jesus, the Light of the World.

A favourite with all ages, this service gets its name from the Christingle oranges that explore the story of God’s love for the world at Christmas. The orange represents the world. The red ribbon symbolises the love and blood of Christ. The sweets represent all of God’s creations. The lit candle represents Jesus’s light in the world.

We warmly invite you to our free Christmas community crafting event!

Come anytime 10am-1pm to the Lower Green Community Centre (Recreation Ground, KT10 8AU) for wonderful Christmassy crafts including jingley bells, lanterns, musical angels, paper chains and more! Free entry, kids get a goodie bag and the cafe will be open. Please supervise your children at all times.
