Book Group

The group has enjoyed discussing such diverse books as 'The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry' by Rachel Joyce, 'Dare to be a Daniel' a memoir by Tony Benn, and 'Let us Dream' by Pope Francis.  We are a very friendly group, and  appreciate that some of us can come along to every session, while others find it more difficult always to fit us into their busy schedules.  Indeed, some just come along when they are particularly intrigued by the chosen book!

Breath is the name, always mispronounced (we should really change the name!), for a 20-50s group which meets fortnightly at 8pm for about 90 minutes. We tend to alternate between a beginners level study of the Bible and a social evening of varied descriptions.
