After graduating with Distinction from the Royal Academy of Music, Nicola has developed a successful career as a freelance oboist. Amongst many others she has played regularly with the Royal Opera House, the Orpheus Sinfonia and at Glyndebourne. Her playing has been reviewed as 'beguiling' and 'exquisite'.
Jonathan Pease also pursues a demanding freelance career as an accompanist and repetiteur, as well as being a prolific composer and librettist. Nicola and Jonathan’s performances have been praised for their vitality, spontaneity and effortless ensemble.
