The Laefer Saxophone Quartet formed in 2012 at the Royal Academy of Music and have performed across the UK, including at The Royal Albert Hall and St James’s Church, Piccadilly.They specialise in performing contemporary classical repertoire and transactions by classical composers.
Our programme in Esher will feature Bach’s Italian Concerto and stunning works by Marsey and Harding, which led to an Ivor Novello Award. Also included will be the American composer, David Maslanka’s ‘Peace’ which is highly influenced by Bach and complements the Italian Concerto.
Altogether another exciting and dynamic occasion.
